Temporra uses the phone's GPS to check that a worker is at the right job site when they clock in, and records where they clock out. You enter each site's postcode, Temporra sets the boundary, and you choose the radius (200 metres, say). With GPS checks switched on, a clock-in from outside that zone is refused, so nobody can start the clock from the van or from home.
Yes. You pay one flat monthly price for your team size, from £39 a month for up to 5 workers, VAT included, and every feature is on every plan. It works for a sole trader with a couple of labourers and for a contractor with 50 people across several sites.
Each worker registers their face once. When they clock in, Temporra takes a live photo and compares it with the registered face, so one worker can't easily clock in for another who isn't there. There's no liveness check, so treat it as a strong deterrent rather than proof, and pair it with GPS.
